Jim Stockel, Bill Shaw, and Tim Stanton are making final preparations before heading south to McMurdo Station just after Thanksgiving. The NPS team is scheduled to fly to McMurdo Station, vis Christchurch, NA, on 1 Dec.

The NPS team has gathered all equipment and hardware required for their experiment. The instruments have undergone the required tests and are ready to be shipped and later deployed. Apart from the instruments, the shipment includes two radio towers equipped with a wind generator, snow altimeter, and solar panels.
