HFRadarmap toolbox for MATLAB - Version 4.1,  30 September 2004

NOTE: HFRadarmap Version 4.1 fixes a bug in all previous versions in which zero speed vectors are not handled properly.  I have tested HFRadarmap Version 4.1 using MATLAB 6.5 on Mac OS X and SGI UNIX based workstations. A Beta version of 4.1 has been used by several researchers on Sun UNIX workstations and PC's using both matlab 6 and matlab 7 with no reported problems. The toolbox is available for download as a compressed tar file.
