Good poster. The color figures looked great. I was very
interested in your result showing the decrease in standard
deviation when going from the Kuroshio transport to the Kuroshio
throughflow. This indicates that a portion of the
transport variability which is correlated to the Kuroshio
position (Book et al. virtual poster) is actually variability in
the Kuroshio recirculation. I think this might support the
hypothesis that Kuroshio meanders may be linked to impinging
eddies on the ASUKA line.
